DELIVERY
Processing Times:
Solasta Skin products are handmade to order, please expect up to 7 working days processing time.
Delivery:
Mainland UK: Products are posted 2nd Class via the Royal Mail + can therefore take up to 4 working days to be delivered. Delivery cost is dependant on order weight + is calculated at check out.
International: Products are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked + Signed or courier (dependant on location). Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. It shouldn't take this long (usually 1 week), however factors such as customs can slow the process down. Buyers are responsible for any customs + import taxes that may apply. Solasta Skin is not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
Damages:
If your Solasta Skin product is damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving goods + we will work out a replacement or refund.
Returns:
If you would like to return your Solasta Skin product, please return within 14 days. For a refund to be issued, products must be returned in original packaging + perfect condition. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed. Note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs.
Please take into consideration that all Solasta Skin products are handmade with natural ingredients, colours + scents may vary with each product/order.
